Join us for an hour long enchanting Sound Healing and Guided Meditation session with Sumeet Kapila from Sound Healing Arts, Toronto. With his 432 Hz tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls along with some more sacred sound healing instruments he shall weave the magic of healing vibrations and mystical tunes and take us on a sonic meditative journey.

Crystal Healing Soundbaths have been known to manifest physical and energetic healing for thousands of years. Sound healing improves creativity, energy and intuition. It also helps balance your chakra energies while reducing stress, pain, anxiety and depression.
Whether you’re a pro in meditation or just a newbie, this class is for you. The class beings with an Opening circle where we set intentions and slowly slip into a deep guided meditation session followed by the Crystal Healing Soundbath. Towards the end of the event there will be a Closing Circle where we can mingle & connect within the community.
Please bring with yourself a yoga mat, a small pillow and a light blanket to help make you feel as comfortable as you can be.

His goal is to help you plunge deep into the layers of inner peace, self awareness, alertness and consciousness with Pranic Sound Healing Guided Meditations. He aims to bring healing to the world through Vibrational Medicine from his combination of musical instruments such as the 432Hz Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Tingshas, Chimes and several others. He has spent more than two and a half decades in India where he grew up in a very spiritual and holistic environment and was able to learn Yoga and Various of advanced meditation techniques such as Sanskrit Mantra Meditation. Kirtans, Shambhavi Mahamudra, Pranic Healing Meditation and many more that has led him to become one of the best Guided Meditation facilitators today.
